Return Policy: 1. Under Consumer Contract Regulations, the 14 day right to cancel does not apply to CD's - however, if you wish to return your purchase, we will honour a refund (excluding shipping costs). If cancelling, please try to inform us before it is shipped so a full refund can be given. If the order has been shipped, then the cost of shipping will be excluded from the refund.

2. If your item arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us providing images of the damage. We will then raise a claim with the courier to escalate the matter, and issue a refund for the item(s) or send a replacement item depending on the individual case.

3. If your item is deemed lost by the courier (following an investigation), then a full refund or replacement item can be issued.
